The Knights of Columbus Lake County Council 5644 is located at 2116 Griffin Road, Leesburg, 787-1503. Meetings are at 7:30 P.M. the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. The purpose of the Knights of Columbus is:

• to render pecuniary aid to its members, their families and beneficiaries of members and their families;
• of rendering mutual aid and assistance to its sick, disabled and needy members and their families;
• of promoting social and intellectual intercourse among its members and their families, and
• to promote and conduct educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and welfare, and public relief work. To more effectively carry out its purposes, and to support our clergy along with mother church.
