Greeters and ushers are extremely important because we want visitors and parishioners to know that they are always welcome at services at St. Paul. Parishioners provide the first encounter with our parish and offer a welcome to all. LECTORS Lectors have the great honor of making God present in the liturgy of the word for our community. This awesome responsibility requires commitment and time. We ask that our lectors be well-prepared by using the lector’s workbook so they can maintain eye contact with the assembly and proclaim the Word of God so that all can hear and follow the scriptural messages.
